unbuttons the top few buttons of his crisp white shirt, calming himself with the routine hand-motion
good god, that's all i needed, right there, but there's so. much. more.

Sean doesn't know whether he's speaking as the fantasy brother or as himself

surrenders himself into the bonds that trust has forged

grinning and holding up his camera as if it were a fucking bar mitzvah

"I'm here to take pictures," Viggo explains

but that isn't them
sean. sean! what a gorgeous, gorgeous sean you've written here, so inside himself, slightly embarrassed at what he needs/wants/what they do, yet needing so much more. i'm all achy at sean's desire for dave to know both his less-secure and more-dominant sides. like, achy enough that i'm prepared to beg for a sequel. is that 'done' in remix? i don't see why not....

you've taken a silly thing and helped it 'grow up' in such a lovely, steamy way. this is thousand-degree magic. thank you; i'm absolutely thrilled with what you've done!

Ah, I'm so pleased that you enjoyed it! It was fun working with the template of the fantasies, and especially interesting for me dealing with something a bit taboo, since I write a lot of BDSM stuff and sometimes you feel like you've explored everything. I don't know whether it's "done," but a sequel isn't impossible. I can definitely see where there is room for one! I'll give it a think :-)

Holy. This is really awesome. The depth in your Sean is probably what I love the most. More sensitive than he'd like people to know, more dominant than he thinks David would like. The repetition of "that isn't them" so perfect, keeps us feeling the conflict in Sean's mind.

the heights that Sean will take him to when he surrenders himself into the bonds that trust has forged
Gorgeous line. And the end when Sean worries that his surprise of Viggo will be too much, just lovely. This is such a great companion to the original, and your added shading is wonderful.

Thanks, hon! I had a lot of fun with this - actually pinch hitting was a neat experience, because I got to see what would just fall out of my brain in half an hour or so :-)

I think I'd be terrified having less time to do it, but hearing you say "what would just fall out of my brain in half an hour or so" makes it sound like a really exciting experiment, just let your reservations loose and go along for the ride. I'll have to remember that the next time someone asks for a backup. :-)

Holy SHIT. I don't even LIKE Dave, but Stormatdusk said this was hot and that I should read it, and she was SO RIGHT. Very well done, my dear. Kudos to you!
