If this were written for the author's benefit I would have mailed it to her, any flamers are acting entirely on their own initiative.

Because her mother was high priestess of Super Race and her father Elvish royalty, she's super speshul and powerful. Sauron wants her dead.

Smart boy, Sauron! I knew there was a reason I liked you!

She took out a special, diamond tipped arrow with the inscription “I’m a holy arrow designed to thwart the demons of Sauron”

So is it expected that the attacker wants the attackee to be able to read this, and run away as fast as possible before the arrow hits them? Wow. Brilliant strategy. Talk about needing really good eyes and swift reading skills.

Sauron's minions go to Japan.

*cries for her broken canon*

Her sword is covered in "countless white diamonds," and her arrows are tipped with diamonds...

Because diamonds kill things sooooo much better than, y'know, iron and steel.

...The blessed weapons of the Elves and the Ithildain could harm the Nazgul, but not kill them, for they were bound to their Master, Sauron.

You'd have a hard time convincing my Nazgul PPC agent of that 'blessed weapons harming Nazgul' thing, Ms. Suethor. In fact, he'd probably start laughing so hard that his cloak would shake off.

Well, it makes a nice change from the bright sparks who think that gold is a good metal for weapons and armor. At least diamond is hard.

I rarely curse out loud, but this even made me raise my voice... ("What the F-")

Thankfully, nothing has ruined my favorite book yet.
