This planet is called Fortuna. For your safety, I suggest finding shelter as soon as possible. I'm not positive where it is they've have placed you... but you shouldn't stay alone for very long.

If only thugs were the only problem. I'm afraid there are monsters of varying difficulty around and should you have inhuman abilities or magic, you'll find they're not longer working thanks to a chip placed in your body upon arrival. That's why it's best you seek shelter and help.
I'm not sure where you've been placed but if you're not in a city, then you're most likely safe from the fallout.
