Oh man....did I hit my head or something?

[She rubbed her eyes and looked around...where exactly was she?]

Oh, this thing? For a minute I thought telepathy was being used...
[Minor relief at that. Last thing she needs is people talking all at once in her head.]

Yeah. It's a necessary means of communication here. Important broadcasts are made over th' network sometimes so keep it close.

Our captors. They want us ta communicate amongst each other. It's more wise ta meet usin' it an' talk in person. They prolly monitor our conversations. It's no game, people get hurt here, an' our lives are always in danger one way or another.

This makes absolutely no sense and it pisses me off knowing that someone just abducted people.

I guess that wouldn't be completely unheard of. Though I don't what they'd be looking for monitoring conversations.
