Yeh very different to black books cos thats kinda what I was expecting. Although Dylans character is still sort of like Bernard.. just not as bitter and twisted.

don't worry about it sweets- i'm just glad they got there and you're enjoying them! it's a very gentle comedy but the more i watch it, the more i like it. i do get a little annoyed with Ian though- i know that the village would drive me crazy too but surely he could make more of an effort? i suppose that's just me- i'm the ultimate compromiser.......

I thought Russell Brand was hilarious on Jonathan Woss last night yet at the same time absolutely, completely bizarre. The banter between the two was fabulous. I've never come across him before. He said at one point that the image he was projecting could be likened to an S&M Willy Wonka, so ...

I'm hanging in there. Been busy setting up the office recently BUT the plus side is I think it should help me get some work/life balance back, so I may actually be able to keep up with the play side of my life once again *fingers crossed*

that was the perfect ending about mackenzie. :) but we all saw that coming, didn't we? I actually thought the writers would expect viewers to expect that and therefore make mac be the father, thinking it would be too simple to let him get away with it all. but this is a far better ending and we all love it! :)

and can I ask you a favour? you said you'd like it...;) well, sort of, anyway. umm, I understand you have the gw dvd. could you transcribe what victoria pile and co say about the 'birth' of the name 'green wing'? I know how it happened - jonathan paul green emailed me when I asked. but in order for me to put that on my BA I would need the exact phrasing. and the place too. that is, is it the 1st disk or which, during which episode's comments and possibly even at which time (e.g. 32.45). if you could do this by 23rd may the latest that would be BRILLIANT. deadline's on 24th...
