History/Wiki Link:
SNK Wiki Link Personality: At first glance, Billy comes off as an aggressive, angry person. Combine that with his connections to Geese Howard, a known crime lord, and he's automatically a considered a vicious guard dog. He's always had a fiery temper, and fighting brings that out in him. He's virtually fearless and feels he can take on any challenge, no matter the danger. Of course, that leads him into a lot of trouble. He usually ends up beaten or at the very least subdued by his more powerful and/or determined opponent. Still, he keeps fighting.
While he's not exactly a good guy, he's definitely not considered evil, either. Billy does have a somewhat softer side that occasionally shows though. He's more quiet and laconic when he's around his sister, showing that he's capable of behaving himself. Of course, Billy puts this aside when his sis is courted by Joe Higashi, one of his boss's known enemies. He also considers himself friends with the likes of Blue Mary and Eiji Kisaragi, both former fighting partners. While he has a hatred of certain warriors, his rivalries have softened up over time, mainly with Terry Bogard, the man who eventually killed Geese.
Billy's always had a strong sense of loyalty, and not just to his employer. He serves his employer without question, mainly because he wishes to make enough money for his family. Aside from his boss, Lilly (his younger sister) is the most important person to him. Since they lost their parents at a young age, Billy's always had to look after Lilly. He had to steal food in order for them to survive. When Geese gave Billy a second chance at life, he didn't dare waste it. Even if it meant dirtying his hands a little, Billy makes sure Lilly lives a comfortable, happy life.
Abilities/special skills: In canon, Billy's a human with an affinity towards fire. He's able to set his staff on fire while wielding it, creating some devastating attacks. Even without the flames to back him up, Billy is still an accomplished staff fighter.
Some of his more specialized attacks include:
Mighty Whirlwind: Several staffs appear as Billy brings them all down on his opponent's head.
Super Fire Wheel: He spins his staff around himself, creating a wheel of flame. After a few seconds, he launches it towards his enemy, causing massive damage.
Red Lotus Requiem: A vertical version of his fire wheel. He spins his flaming staff while jumping, creating an excellent counter to incoming air attacks.
Sample: It had been a long, rough road. The latest tournament was taking its toll on Billy, who was still trying to prove Geese's presence in Southtown. He wasn't about to let some no-name punks take over the city that Geese once ruled. With one final hit, his opponent fell, and Billy was victorious. There were a few cheers, but mostly there were roars of anger. Billy brushed it off and claimed his victory, standing silent over his defeated opponent's body.
"Hah! Next time, stay home!" He growled as he walked off, ready for his next bout.
"It's been a while, Kane." A familiar voice greeted him from behind.
Billy immediately reacted, twirling his staff and aiming at the intruder. "Oh, it's you. Mr. Southtown hero himself..." His broad English accent made him sound even more mocking.
"And here I thought you were living a peaceful life again. Some things never change," The other man said as he straightened his ball cap.
"Yeh. I'm not about to let some punk kid claim the city. It makes my blood boil." He thrust his three-sectioned staff at the other, letting it uncouple into its full length. "I wanted to stay in England, but I wanted to see this so-called 'leader' myself." He pulled it back and got into his fighting stance. "But I can do that in due time. I'll take care of you first!"
The man in the cap shrugged and got into his stance, as well. "Typical. You can't even let him go, but okay! Bring it on!"
As soon as Billy started to charge his new opponent, he fell back. Did the other man land the first hit? The Englishman shook his head and stood up, finding himself in what appeared to be a forest at nightfall. "The hell?" He said out loud. "When did I end up 'ere? Looks almost like that forest near one of the Boss's retreats."
It didn't take long for him to notice that he wasn't alone. Several luminous bulbs started to appear and approach the loud bodyguard. With a growl, Billy took his stance, not sure what was coming his way. Whatever they were, he'd take them on. With a shout, he charged again...
