Held a new baby today at work!  One week old!  My arm got sore after a few minutes!  Time to get back to the gym!!!  Yikes!

Oooooooh! If you hold a 5lb weight out in front of you, count to the highest number you can before your arm gets too tired, and then do it again 3 more times you'll REALLY increase your shoulder and arm strength, plus you can do it anywhere, sitting or standing. :D
