Birthdays and family fun
The long weekend was great. Saturday we had a big walk around the seawall and went to one of our favourite lunch spots. Then home for a nap because my stamina is not what it used to be. A coworker of mine who works on the drive got bugs from Dollar Grocer. Apparently she bought bulk lentils there that contained moth larvae and she had to throw out all the food in her cupboards to try to get rid of them. Even after emptying the cupboards and cleaning them she still gets moths in the house... yuck ( Read more... ) -

Dinner date with AVB didn't happen so I rode dowtown with JP from work and we had udon on a patio and a nice little visit. Then I went home and made dinner for A (mini penne with bacon, asparagus and peas in garlic cream.) and ended up having a big bowl of that too. ...and chocolates ( Read more... ) -
