back in the forties when it wasn't Don't ask Don't tell, it was hide, can't be found out and not by the military alone. Boy, back then you had to act very differently and only when you were sure you had privacy to kiss or whatever. So I am anxious to see how Steve and Danny hide their relationship really good with people who back then wouldn't put up with homosexuality at all. Not like today by far so it will be very interesting to watch (read) And now this flu, boy poor Gracie and Rach. Back then medicine was so different and didn't have what we have. I just love history so I enjoy also reading how these things go . I love how you mention the black out curtains too cause that I didn't know about , I knew of curfew and things like that in England but didn't realize they did this in Hawaii. Thank you it's so interesting and I also am enjoying how you are building on the characters.
