One tiny thing: in the chorus, I believe you refer to two different people as "you." Just a tiny inconsistancy that I noticed that could either be fixed or ignored. But otherwise it's pretty good.

Whoops. I over looked that since I woke up every half hour last night and was tired while writing the song. Thanks for the compliment! It means a lot coming from such and accomplished song writer like yourself. I will figure it out hopefully by Sunday night.
