oh I have a question for you since I think u would know this. Whats the difference between vegan and vegetarianism? My friend claims shes has been vegan for a week now but has animal products like shoes and clothes (but doesnt eat dairy) and I told her I think to be a vegan you cant have any animal products?

hmm.
well i guess that's kind of up to the person.
i think it's sort of hypocritical to be a vegan and use animal products like clothes and stuff.
i usually think someone who is vegan wouldn't use any animal products, whether it's eating it or wearing it.
if you're vegetarian you still eat some animal products, like eggs or whatever. but vegans are like uber strict. so i guess you can call yourself vegan and still wear like leather but that's sort of like... being a half-assed vegan.
