Somewhere, deep down, he realized what Squalo was doing. He fought back- but Belphegor wasn't a master of mental combat by any means, and it was so nice to just sit here and let Squalo have his fill- felt so good, so soft... like kittens, he thinks absently. Or clouds. Or-
Was Squalo trying to distract him? His eyes slid into focus for a split second before dozing back off again on a trail of inconsequential thoughts, keeping him occupied with himself while Squalo drank his fill.

Eventually, when he's had enough, he licks at the puncture marks several times to ensure their healing while lapping up the last of the blood, then slowly allows Bel's mind to pull away from his own.
