Craziness

Ok I am going to complain about a few things but first the worst stuff. I had to put one of my cats down today. My poor Paddy, sweet Paddykins. He was 16 years old, just turned 16 actually, 3 weeks ago on St. Patrick's Day. It was really, really sudden. My mom and I noticed Thursday night he was walking weird. He was never a graceful cat, but ( Read more... )

I'm so sorry about your kitty. I know how hard it is to loose a beloved pet. I almost had to put my cat of 12+ years down a year ago and I was bawling just at the thought that I might have to do it. I'm sorry for your loss.

Thanks you. It was really hard and it sucked so much. My other cats and my dog seem to lost know, they are definetley missing him as much as we humans are.

By the way, LOVE your icon, mind if I borrow it?

Thank you. It was so difficult. It was years ago I lost my first dog, and this seemed considerably more difficult. Everyone misses him terribly, including my other cats and my dog!

The strike screwed me over, but only a bit. Not as badly as it has other people in different programs. But my teachers, instead of cancelling some assignments or making htme less difficult, less involved, instead decided to go ahead and push them all on us. I have 4 presentations, 10 assignments and 2 exams, all in the next 2 weeks. We are all fryed and freaking out. It is not going well. but at least I am not in danger of losing my year, like some. Wish they would give us some money back though.

Nasty teachers you've got there! One of the girls I work with is in the culinary program. Not sure how they're making up everything there, as it's all practical work, pretty much.

Be nice if they gave you some money back. Might make the hectic upcoming weeks a little more palatable.

Thanks Aly, I appreciate it. It has been so long since I had to put my last dog down, and it is so horrible. I miss him terribly and so do my other cats and dog.

Any idea on how/when you want me to pay for the plane ticket?
