The doctor says my heel isn't broken but it is extremly discolored and swollen and i can't even really touch it. Socks and shoes are my new worst enemy...well, right socks and right shoes.

Lou, my solution to your problem is the same for smelly feet... cut it off. cut off the left too for good measure.
