Writer's Block: My Favorite Quick & Healthy Recipe
Season and brown up pieces of chicken breast add a can and a half of fat free cream of chicken soup, stir in whole wheat spiral noodles and a cup of chopped broccoli, cover and simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat. That's good stuff.

New Car!!
Thanks to the "Cash For Clunkers" government program, I got myself a new 2009 Nissan Sentra. FE+2.0 (whatever the heck that is ) It's white, roomy and it's beautiful.
