So, I just made it onto the brand new acappella group at LC. I'm really excited! I've never been in anything like this before, so it'll be sa-weet! Now I have to go revise a German essay and then sleep because I have an interview for a work study position tomorrow morning. And a 3 hour chem lab in the evening. Ugh...

i made it into the second group too... i'm a little disappointed i didn't make it into the first group, but whatever, we'll have a good time no matter what!

I'm so happy for you! I auditioned for Chamber choir, but I didn't get in. I don't think any of the freshman who auditioned did, at least the girls. I'm in Voce Feminnile, the women's chorus, which is actually pretty challenging.

tell me when you have concerts! i really want to hear you guys. i really don't think there'll be a way to start any kind of a cappella here at reed anytime soon. it's so time consuming and i don't know enough people.

also, what would you think about me coming over this weekend to visit all you lc kids? i'll see if anyone here wants to come, but i really want to see all of y'all.

And yes, I would love to see you this weekend!!! We've been in the same city for 3 weeks now, and haven't seen each other even once! Apparently my friends in Copeland are going to get a party together for my birthday, so if you wanted to come friday night, that would rock! You'd love them. Other than that, I'm sure Kiya, Maile, Erica, Jessie, Natalie and whoever else is from CHS here would love to see you as well. Saturday, some of us might be going to the pirate festival in town.
