Grab a phonebook and find patricia fields house of venus, she was the costumiere for sex and the city and her shop is hillarious and run by very convincing trans-everythings.

it is useful for breaking up huge blocks of text, into smaller more readable text...
short paragraphs are used in news papers to divide the text into bite sized chunks of information, to help the reader digest the story.

it is used on the internet, because reading things of a screen is much harder than reading off paper.

also your cousin has a lot of trouble reading huge blocks of text.
