Hi everyone,
Recovery is slow but there are a lot of good hours. The therapists tell me I am stronger compared to when I came home from the hospital. But after therapy, I feel like I need a nap!
I have been on the computer a few times and I hope to make it more often.
Think of you often.

Napping is good - it's when you sleep that your body heals. So nap away - it's as helpful as therapy. It also transfers what you learn in therapy into long term muscle memory.
