Recovery

Hi everyone,
Recovery is slow but there are a lot of good hours.  The therapists tell me I am stronger compared to when I came home from the hospital.  But after therapy, I feel like I need a nap!

I have been on the computer a few times and I hope to make it more often.

Think of you often.

I'm so glad you can see progress. Sometimes it's the only thing that keeps you sane. Many hugs and much love - and lots more good hours.

Napping is good - it's when you sleep that your body heals. So nap away - it's as helpful as therapy. It also transfers what you learn in therapy into long term muscle memory.
