I've not been too well over the last couple of days. Before that I went to a wedding and then to a study group, which I will post about at some point if only to look back on in the future and remember that I have decided to do a PhD for good reasons, even if it will be difficult.

But first - the answers:

Rats; as mentioned to you in person, i feel very bad for not having gotten (6) until e_pepys' comment gave it away. Mind you, Pratchett is so quotable that the quotes deceptively seem like from alternative sources.
Similarly, i so should have gotten (5). I'm not sure if i've watched the correct series' for (8) and (10) and i do love (1) - yet another show of which i've watched... urm... less than one full episode - this must be rectified immediatement!

I'm also very glad you're feeling better - it's all that vacation without actually having a break that did it me thinks. And PhD wahoo!
