I'm saying that supporting the poor directly with social programs will have a positive net effect on the prosperity of our nation, as it is what God ordained, and is the correct application of his natural order.How about supporting the poor without government social programs? James was not talking to Caesar saying that THEY must support those without food or help, he was talking to the Church. He's exorting brothers and sisters in the FAITH to help
