So they're stumbling in the door and Sam feels old like he's never felt before but Andy's punchy in a way that makes him feel even older. She'd been singing "The Joker" all the way up to her apartment and now dances into the bedroom. Sam leans against the front door, eyes closed, resting before the suddenly long walk after her ( ... )

I loved it!! Seriously, Andy bouncing around while Sam wants to fall into bed and sleep forever is just too perfect. I think you captured them well and that ending was um... Yeah if you ever feel like continuing I would not complain at all ;)

The argued before shift, both of them petulant and stubborn. He tried to smooth it over with sex, but since what she actually wanted was an apology it didn't work so well. Now he's playing the patient adult, waiting for her to come to her senses and she's getting more annoyed.
She sits behind him in parade now, eyes firmly on Best and his new plan for training rookies. He feels her shift suddenly and her breath is hot on his ear. "I should have gotten in the shower with you earlier," she all but purrs. "So I could've apologized. You know. On my knees."
He hardens slightly, embarrassingly, the unexpectedness of it and how full of shit she is. And, you know, the image. But before he can speak, react or even process, Best is posing a question to the room and McNally's pulling back to answer, "I think Sam has some ideas, sir ( ... )
