A brief Romance with 1954

Well I did say that I'd played a bit of Sims 3 whilst I've been away, it was short lived, but I did have a whirlwind romance with the 1950's which probably won't be very apparent in these pictures. Please excuse their shitiness but I never quite got the hang of the sims 3's Bucking bronco camera. Anywho, it's not medieval but I feel like I owe you

Yeah, I've been working with 8.1 a little bit over the past month, and the return of the start button is definitely handy. Other than that, I haven't noticed too many differences, tbh.

The "PC Settings" Page has changed somewhat but that's the only other thing apart from some unusable customization thing in the start page that I've seen so far. Are you running sims 2 on your windows 8 machine? Did you use the virtual method ('Twas you that very kindly sent me the link, was it not?) I've seen some people say that it didn't work for them and I kinda hope that I won't be one of them...

Yes, I am the one who gave you the link, but no I haven't tried it myself. I have Windows 7 on my personal computer. It's at work that I use Win8, and I'm obviously not playing sims there ;)
