I'm learning pretty quickly how to point a shotgun, even though my hands are shaking, but I'm not going to be able to lead a charge any time soon. I don't know how long the stuff we got from my house will last, but we might survive a few days. My friend Dave is not doing well in Berkeley, but he doesn't think we should come for him because of the greater number of people in the Bay Area. Maybe we should drive towards Woodland up 113 and head for the foothills. We might be able to make it out to the country to hole up. I can't think of anywhere else we'll be able to find supplies, especially ammunition. If we come back in a couple of days, we might be able to make a raid on a grocery store.
