I think I might have overdone it at the gym. I ran 7 1/2 miles, did abs, and upper body and squats and lunges. I burned about 900 calories. Total time: 1 hour 45 minutes. My back is killing me. Time for some excedrin.

and I need to make mexican rice for the women's group tonight. we are havign a mexican potluck. mmmm.
