Emilio the Player
A small old man in black, with a doll. He stands in the distance. He controls them all. This is his puppet show.
Vash thought he was coming home. He said hello to faces he hadn't seen in years. A newborn? The joy. He held it in his arms.
In a second, everything collapsed into wooden parts and strings.
Puppets.
That was then, and this is now.
Vash stands before the lake, eyes wide open and unbelieving. Leonof the Puppet Master has returned, and Memento Eden has now become his puppet show. He disappears into the darkness. "COME, VASH!! LET'S SEE HOW YOU'VE GROWN..."
...!! A crowd of townspeople pull out rifles and pistols and fire upon him. When the smoke clears, he's on the ground, having dodged all the bullets, and has shot the puppet-townspeople with his pistol--
"O-ow..."
--and one innocent townsperson. A young girl.
SHIT!!
Maniacal laughter rings out through the town square. Vash picks up the young girl and rushes out into the night, armed and alert for more of Leonof's - no, Emilio's creations.
((Vash will see everyone just as they are for the most part, but with a layer of evil fake puppet people on top of it, shooting them down once he identifies who is the puppet and who is the real deal. Since everything in this event is going to revert in the end anyway, I'm going to say he may accidentally shoot your character in these comments! OH NOES
