Posting Fanfic: Some guidelines { Mod }

Alright, so I've talked it over with fadingsundays, and we're going to add onto the posting format as established here!

Firstly, you don't need to list your disclaimer on the post as long as it is in your story/journal/profile somewhere where people can see. It's sometimes hard to remember to add it to a post, so we're not going to stress it. Because,

No, it's alright! We're just trying to cut down on the number of posts for a single story by one person. Just please try to keep it to one post from now on! ♥

I'll cross post from now on....otherwise you'll get a really long post whenever I finish. My fics tend to be on the lengthy side. :) Can I make one single post and keep updating it with links to the cross posting?

Yeah! As long as everyone knows you'll be updating that post, it should work out swell.

What you can also do, if you're going to cross-post, is finish a few chapters (maybe three or four) and then make the post with the links to them in one fanfic dump. :D!

What do we do when we have questions about things not in the rules or guidelines? Is there any place where we can ask them?

For example, a question such as can we post beta requests on the comm?
