SO HAPPY.

I mean, I figured we had a pretty good chance, given that the show really picked up speed within the last few months or so. The ratings have been positive and there's been a lot of press buzz. Even so, it's a big sigh of relief to get the official news!

I love that ABC has been promoting it like crazy, I mean I'm sure it had a hell of a lot to do with Dana being on the show( she was awesome BTW ♥) but nonetheless all of it including this new promo with the sexiness and awesome comic aspect. As many people have been saying, Castle knows how to play with cliches.

And yay! What I love the most: a lot of the time with two part shows, the first one will get lots of viewers and then the second part will drop in viewership because people lose interest. For Castle, because it is the most win-filled show...EVER, it went up by 2.2 million. Which is awesome. One thing that annoys me is that press attributes it solely to the fact that DWTS was a lead in. Which I'm sure was a big part of it, but they could give the show itself some credit seriously.

It had a rough start, but the series seems to be getting popular through word of mouth. Yay! Now if there's any confirmation Better Off Ted is still on. Then ABC would be making smart moves.

Starting off the banner in a month is fine by me. The "Time after Time" fic will probably start before then, but the first story starts at 1998-2000. The one you're making a banner for is the 2010 story, which will be a while. So that should be fine.

BTW do you want me to save you some time and cut off the widescreen on Rachel's picture for you?
