Game exchange?

Apr 05, 2011 16:52

Has anyone here ever tried doing some game exchanges? I know there are a few games I've been on the lookout for, and am more than happy to consider getting rid of one or two of mine I don't play anymore.

To that end, if anyone has a copy of Burn Rate or the 1999 print of Acquire they're willing to negotiate about, hit me up. :)

I have a 3M version of Aquire, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I've seen a lot of those on eBay, and they do look nice. Is it with the wooden tiles?

No - all the tiles were hard plastic and slotted into the board.

Have you played any of the later versions?

The guy who hosts my groups game night is an active user on boardgamegeek.com, which you've probably heard of, but just in case you haven't, you should check it out. He's been through several trades via the site and hasn't had any problems to my knowledge. If you're looking to pick up a certain game, or unload some dead weight in your collection, odds are you'll find an offer to sell or trade.

We have the aforementioned 3M copy of Acquire. We play the hell out of it.

I'm on BGG under this same account name, and I'm poking around there to see what I can dig up. I just figured I'd see what I could drum up here more directly.
