if you like to see things, like me, hang it up places. put it on your bathroom mirror. put it over your computer screen. put it above your bed so you can read it every night. put on in your car to look at while you drive (i really mean at the stop light cause i wouldn't want you to be distracted). everytime you see it. read it. think about it. pray over it. that is one of the best things ever. i want to come visit. the question is, do have i enough of a life to be able to have one weekend off. i sure hope i do.

i know in past Bible studies we've written a verse on a 3x5 card and decorated them and put them somewhere that we'd see them to read them through the course of the week, and then that next week we'd get a different verse. But if you're wanting to remember more than just a couple verses and more like a parable or story, then read it in multiple versions, translate it into your own words, and think about it and pray over what you just read and what you got out of it or for you to get something out of it...and keep doing that, you could take and read one version of the Bible one day and do the above, then the next day read a different version and keep repeating this for the number of Bibles you have (or one week). A lot of memorizing is repetition, but what I have found with myself is that what I'm memorizing has to have some importance/meaning to myself at that time. Like memorizing some passage about divorce or marriage isn't going to happen easily for me right now compared to memorizing something about God's will happening in life ( ... )

memorize them as you find verses that speak to you...if it speaks to you, you'll want to know it.

by the way, it is not wednesday.

i miss you.
