Hey, I noticed you are a mod of I saw u wwu. I love reading it and have even commented a few times. Any way you could let me post there? or is there a requirement for getting posting privledges?

Have you joined the community? If so, you shouldn't have any trouble posting. I don't know what the settings are right now, since I gave maintainership to someone who still goes there. Ask him if joining doesn't work.
