This patient called this morning, to make an appointment. and somehow i didn't get the SSN right until the fourth time, and when i asked him for the last time for his last name and last 4 digits, he actually asked if i was awake, "this is the fourth time i'm telling you".... that triggered something in me,...but i didn't do anything evil in return
