Plans Gone Awry

I was going to be a career Auror. A decade or so of solid work, and then a family.

I wasn't supposed to fall for my trainee.

I commented on HP wishes about this drabble, but I want to do it here too because I was so glad to see it. I enjoyed all of this, Alice's voice, the twist at the end, her serious commitment to her work and her love and attraction to Frank. Thanks for posting.
