I wouldn't have guessed these were Norns, as they can be malevolent as well (it all depends how you look at it), I had the idea they were something like angels or even guardian angels. That said, the idea that they interfere just because they can is something I like to see explored. Will she keep to her promise or not though?

That's true, but I'm thinking having a sort of code that the Norns have to follow. Haha does that make sense? Like they're regulated by a higher god.

Oh that is definitely interesting - since even the Gods had to bow to Urdr, Verdandi and Skuld, there was no getting away from the Wyrd. You just had to face it bravely. Lesser Norns however, I'm not so sure.
