Tokyopop back publishing english?

According toTp reps they plan to start publishing manga for the USA again (no word on titles). S far most of the reaction I've seen was negative- no one trusts the wack-job not to jerk buyers around again. Thoughts? Anyone got more info (particularly titles?)

When Tokyopop folded, all of their licenses reverted to the Japanese owners. Japanese companies are already pretty wary of dealing with foreign publishers, so it's extremely unlikely that Tokyopop will get many of its old titles back. Some Japanese publishers, like Kodansha, have entered the US market directly, so they have no need for Tokyopop, and others have established relationships with US companies like Dark Horse or Viz. It's going to be very difficult for Tokyopop to re-enter the field as a general manga publisher. They could possibly pick up a few niche titles (like yaoi, for instance, or seinen drama) but those tend to be hard sells even for stable companies ( ... )

Thanks for the explanation!I figured Tactics does not have much chance of being picked up soon, but I'm surprised Tp would consider manga again- I can't imagine anyone wanting to sign with them after their past behavior.
