Thank you lovely. I suppose trying to feel less guilty could help; I currently feel embarrassed every time I shake and stammer at social occasions and ashamed when I have fits of anger. Maybe just accepting it would make things better. I just feel so frustrated and well, bored, by the fact that there is always something wrong with me.
