So we'll be moving back closer to dallas on April 22nd. Got an Apartment in kemp TX, wich is about 40min from dallas proper, and 30 minutes from Athens TX where my new job is

40 minutes isn't too bad. I probably would have moved to Athens. It's a nice town and there are lakes all around that area. I guess you want to be close to big D though. I don't blame you, I'm sure Athens is pretty boring.
