its not rape if u want it n there's a chance that u won't be able to send him to jail because of lack of evidence n just because he moved on doesn't mean that you should send him to jail, i doubt brandon would talk shit that he would threaten to kill you or your family because even though it didn't work out he loved you and he cared about you, I'm just saying you shouldn't send him to jail because it didn't work out between you two n you want to get him back by sending him to jail.

i understand that it didnt work out

i told him a week ago that i wouldnt do that to him

and i find out today from one of my friends that hes going to threaten to kill my family and me after we agreed that it would be a bad idea

This reminds me the movie "American History X",the nazi was a guy as Brandon.He came in to jail as a bull and he went out of there as a lamb, hahaha.
But first,think about one thing,if you sent to jail,maybe he could hurt you through his friends..although he would be 15 years in jail quite fucked.The gays would become to Brandon in other Brandon,you has suffered by him,and now you can do that he suffers too,but think about negative and positive consecuences, the choice is only yours.
