♪ | This means she knows you in a positive light, on a scale of one to five -- from someone she just met/barely knows/has only heard of to someone she's becoming friendly with. After five, it brings you to the ♫ stage.
1 means she's heard of the person, or has spoken to them once or twice and didn't have a good opinion of them.
2 means she's heard of the person in a positive light, has spoken to them once or twice and had a good enough opinion, or has spoken to them multiple times and just hasn't quite warmed up to them yet.
3 means she's warming up to the person a bit. She'll probably bug the person at random if she sees them around or something they say catches her interest.
4 is a pretty neutral area. She may talk to the person, maybe has ties with them for one reason or another, who knows. It's more of a "yeah I know them" stage than a "oh they're my friend" one.
5 means the person is on the verge of becoming a friend. This could also mean that, while she isn't the person's friend or anything, she respects or feels strongly enough about in some way.
♫ | This means you're a friend, someone she has come to value. This is also measured on a scale of one to five.

2 is someone she feels comfortable having long discussions with that may poke at things she doesn't normally talk about with the average person.
3 is the close friend level, and generally one in which she feels very comfortable around the person, worries over what they do or at least thinks of them from time to time, and would go physically check on them if she felt there was a reason for it. She'll also chatter excitedly about the person to others at this point.
4 means that she trusts and cares about the person enough to be very honest with them.
5 means she considers the person to be one of her true friends.
♥ | This is Flonne's Super Secret Love Project Rating. ... Yeah. Basically, this is a rating of how much she believes the person knows about love -- all in all, how friendly and helpful to others they are that she's noticed. Or just how cool she thinks they are. Anything below a green rating means she may be keeping tabs on their "progress", and may bug them consistently if she sees them doing something that may impede said "progress".
♥ is the initial rating. She hasn't spoken to/seen the person around enough to give a proper rating.
♥ means she thinks the person has yet to awaken to the idea of love.
♥ means she thinks the person is starting to realize what love is and/or has been doing small acts of love.
♥ means she thinks the person has a general understanding of love. Not the best, but she doesn't see much of a need to watch over them.
♥ means she thinks they have a great understanding of love. Or that they're really cool and are on their way to being a hero, so they obviously must understand love a great deal.
♥ means she thinks they have a complete understanding of love. Or they fit her image of a hero.
▒ | This means you've found a Missingno she hates your character. But this is Flonne, so the person must've seriously done something woah-horrible to get her to honestly hate them.
