oh, wait, you meant multi vitamins didn't you. it's ok, for i also know what starvation is like. vitamins will not give your body the calories it needs. calories are converted in to energy, and you'll have none if you don't eat. plus, you'll be cold all the time. and grow extra hair and get tons of zits. i'm living proof of that. i have a friend who was hospitalized. i have another friend who turned purple. eat food! jeez louise.
Takeing a vitamin suppliment is a good idea. As a lady, you ought to be taking calcium (not that chocolate calcium shit, but calcium with magnesium and zinc pills) and anything else your doctor recomends.
As someone who's tried all the diet pills out there - they do'tnw ork, and they make oyu feel like ass.
And, those futuerist are fucking stupid. the less you eat, the more you body goes in to starvation mode. The BEST way to diet is to eat SIX SMALL MEALS a day, starting big then tapering down. Breakfast should be your biggest meal, then a moderate snack, then lunch, then a snack, then dinner, then a snack sort of things. Thing Hobbits - eat like a hobbit, but iwth moderate foods.
Trust me on this. I've. Done. Everything. Now i go to a trainer who tells me what i ought to do, who's also a medical doctor so he knows what he's talking about.
