School doesn't start until next week for me...then after I see my schedule I might be able to get some after school language classes - it's down to Japanese, Chinese and German. I dunno ^^;;
I did a Pride!Ed cosplay last year - it was fun. What I did for the markings is red body paint. If there's a costume shop nearby they should have something like that - it's cheap and it washes off with soapy water, so no worries about it staying on for too long. I can get you the brand name, or something, if you want...
Oh, yes please! That would help me out a ton. :D I need cheap items and if it washes off pretty fast, that's another plus. What kind of clothes did you use for the cosplay? I asked someone else before and they said they used spandex and black socks to cut and shape for the armbands and such. I just need to know what's most popular and works well for the costume since I want to be at my best!
They were called Disguise Stix. I bought two of them, but only ended up using less than one (one's still in it's package). They're safe for hair and skin (including faces), and are non-toxic. Considering it's been about a year and a half since I bought them I don't remember how much they cost, but I'm pretty sure it was a few dollars. For the costume...truthfully I got some old (light weight) dark blue sweats, and modified them from there, for most of the costume. The arm and leg bands were made from the sleves and legs - the leg ones were cut and sewn to fit better, and the arms were cut and elasticated and all for the gloves - I used fabric markers to add the red to the gloves and by god your icon's distracting. XD Well...any questions?
Yeah, I do, actually. ^^; Did you have a scythe/fake scythe with your costume? I'm looking to find one for my costume once I get a job and get all the money together to make it. XD -lazy- I can't find anything good/at all online at different online stores, so I was wondering if you had one and where you had gotten it from. ^^
