We should get a job together this summer. That would be amazing. Let's find one that pays $100/hour and work like, 15 hours a week or so. And of course we don't have to be at work early, nor work late. Let's get right on that.

It's good to hear from you. I'm sorry you will be in GA for the summer. That "stuck" feeling will probably be inevitable, but I pray that you can find joy and blessing here as well.

there are people in this world who seem to have a perfect life. they have a goal and a plan to get there. nothing weird ever happens to them and so nothing ever comes between them and their plan. decisions are thought out and carried through without doubt or trouble.

i kind of feel sorry for those people. they don't seem to enjoy life and it's spontaneity. They don't see trees. clouds. or the cool designs running water makes on the sand beneath it. they don't recognize God in the everyday. what fun would it be if everything were perfect?

sometimes i like the fact that i'm messed up. that i'm a fixer-upper. i'm not the new house with new appliances and furniture. i'm the old charming house with lots of work to be done. there's much more character in that.
