I'm ENGAGED! It's been a whole week plus one day, but it still feels splendid and I couldn't be happier. Shaun totally surprised me and we had a great picnic by the water; it didn't even matter that I got chased by a goose. I'm SO happy for you guys! I couldn't stop smiling for days. ^_^ You know, you were actually both glowing that weekend. I knew something was up!

i definitely wouldnt have missed it. john said to apologize for not making it...and i talked to jesse the other day and he said to tell you congrats! :)

and i am just as guilty of the not calling...we're in need of one of those 30 minute conversations - i didnt have a chance to fill you in while you were home, and i also have other things to fill you in on...funny stories i'm sure you would enjoy! :)
