Ouch.

My latest travel-related embarassment was to make reservations for the wrong day (20th instead of 21st). The 20th when I get to work, I go to Southwest's website to confirm the trip and print a boarding pass, only to discover that I can't; the plane just left. "WTF?", I say, and then the extent of my confusion dawns on me.

Thankfully, Southwest was incredibly pleasant to deal with on the phone, and changed my reservation just like that. Didn't even cost me a penny. Yay for Southwest and unrestricted tickets.
