Buenos dias de España!! This little internet café on the same block as my flat has computers for .80 an hour, que barata! Now, if I could only figure out how to navigate this keyboard, with all the extra keys, I´d be doing great ( Read more... )

¡Hola y buenas tardes de Finlandia! Heee. I'm so glad you're having a good time. It really sounds like a great experience. (Non-refridgerated eggs aren't so bad! We have them in Finland too and they're okay. ;)) And it's so cool to see Spanish on my friendslist since I've just started learning it. :)

Wow, sounds like you're having an awesome time. Sound like it'll be...well, not exactly fun, but educational in that exciting sort of way. Is there a word for that? I'm surprised at the co-ed accomodations. Did you agree to that beforehand?

No one ever asked about the co-ed accommodations, but I'm not entirely surprised. I imagine it would be a bit difficult to try to fill up single-sex flats all of the time, and with housing at a premium it makes sense. So far so good, although it´s certainly odd to see a semi-naked Norwegian wander by after his shower...

Each day I divest myself of just a wee bit more baggage. By the end of the two weeks I'm only going to have my book, pen, keys, and a few Euros in my pocket... I'm such a suburb-dweller, I'm just not used to having to carry every little thing with me!
