Hey film dorks--Transformers 2 will be shooting in my hometown! I used to lay awake on summer nights listening to those blast furnaces fire, so this is pretty cool :)

Oh, and the Mayor quoted in the article? High school classmate. Big old chucklehead. He's practically peeing his pants, he's so excited over this.
