hey! you welcomed me over at hogwartsishome and I like making new friends too! ^_^ so I went browsing through those who welcomed me, and I found your user info interesting! ^_^ we share some similar interests, and also I found your strength in your christian faith so intriguing! While I must admit I was rather irratated by the comment you left on my journal, I love your layout and see that we may have some things in common. Like france, I am French. I would be interested to read what you say even if it is upside down and inside out from what I believe. The only way to reach a mutual understanding is a tolerance and ability to listen to what the other has to say. Being new to the states I am interested in all sorts of political beliefs. I won't leave any fire, and I would be happy to have you comment on my journal/debate with me. I am Jewish, and if this is a problem, which Idoubt it is, then don't add me. otherwise, I'd like to read what you have to say. As an aside, about me, I'm 16, I have cancer, and I attend(ed) a pre-Harvard school called Phillips Exeter. When i get into remission, by the grace of GD I hope to be back. Anyways, I'm interested/

I'll add you...but as much as I love a debate, I try to keep it off my LJ because I have friends who will jump in and I can't control what they say. Drama sucks and all.

I lived in France for six weeks with my family there. They are missionaries in a small town near Le Puy called Le Chambon de Vorey. I loved it there.

I'm very likely to say things on my LJ about my faith (Christian) and about my political views. There is one person on my LJ who is Democrate so I try and keep my views to a minimum just to keep her from getting too upset...but I don't know your views so I don't know what will and won't offend you.

I'm sorry to hear about your cancer. My dad had skin and lymph node cancer last year and both grandparents have had it. I can't imagine having it myself and hopefully never will. But I will keep you in my prayers.

Hello, I came across your community caths_and_prots while looking for communities similar to mine. I was wondering if you would be willing to promote my community as I am just starting to try and get if off the ground. The basic premise is that I post a set of scripture and some discussion questions follow. I am using the NIV Serendipity Bible as my source. Right now we are studying the book of Job. I will reciprocate any advertisement by either making you a banner or simply promoting you in my community and on my own livejournal.
