My Valentine.
Saturday was Valentine's Day!! The entire evening was a surprise for me, Tommy didn't tell me anything. He picked me up around 5:30 and we headed to undisclosed location #1 - Pietro's in GR. However, we had one setback before we got there. We were pulling up to an intersection of 28th street when some women rear-ended us. She didn't do much damage, but we had to call in our reservation (luckily, the found us a table right away, anyway). Tommy was just relieved the cop didn't find it to be his fault. This Italian restaurant, Pietro's, is much more traditional than the typical muskegon italian restaurant. It was amazing!! The ambience was very warm and we had a booth in the back corner. Then we headed out to undisclosed location #2 - Four Friends Coffee House. How romantic!! He got tea and I got their 007 (hot chocolate, expresso, and cinnamon). We played chess and talked. There was outdoor ice skating across the street, but I was in a skirt, so we didn't go. It was a wonderful idea, though. We were going to go to a third place, but I decided it was late and we should head home. On our way home, I randomly decided we should exchange gifts, so we pulled off somewhere and opened them. Ha ha... funny thing is we got each other the EXACT SAME THINGS!! We got each other the matchbook romance and senses fail cd's. So, we laughed it off and headed back to my house. Wow... we put in senses fail and the rest I will just leave up to the imagination, lol. He left around 2-ish.
