Okay, so George Clooney as Zeus, maybe... but Sean Connery as Poseidon?? That one I don't quite agree with... :P Poseidon was vengeful and jealous... which doesn't strike me as Sean... :)

Well I HAD to have Sean as one of the main first men of olympus. And since George is well known to be a bachelor and is of the older generation I HAD to have him as Zeus, and I could not very well have Sean as Hades. I did not make him Poseidon because of the vengeful characteristic, but more for the power Sean can wield on screen and surely off. In all honesty I had a hard time choosing between Sean and George for Zeus, but George was my first thought and then Sean popped up into my head and I had to give him SOMETHING. ^_^ I hope this explanation helps with understanding the decision I made and that it sounds better and makes more sense.
