Moving Bet Me From FF to LJ - The Reasons Behind The Move.

I want to thank everyone who participated in my poll, and everyone who left a comment for me. I have some wonderful support here, and I honestly do feel blessed to be able to share my work with such a wonderful group of people. I have labelled my friend’s page with the following quote; “there are no strangers here, just friends I haven’t met yet.” ( Read more... )

See..... I have this huge addiction for D/E stories. Most of it being the intense emotional and passionate kind and then the rom-com kind, and then the realistic, life based meaningful type and sometimes to pass time I read the fluffy, not making any sense type ( ... )

First, let me say that I am a big fan of your writing. I'm completely hooked on Bet Me as well as Kiss Me, Break My Heart and am thrilled that you're going to be posting here on LJ.
I've been a lurker on FF for awhile, but haven't reviewed at all over there, mainly because LJ is my safe haven, as well. I do feel bad that I've admired your work silently, as you deserve credit for your writing skills.
I applaud you for continuing to write after such a trying time. It makes complete sense to me that the environment here played a part in allowing your creative juices to flow once more.
I have tried my hand at some short fan fiction stories, and understand what an emotional process writing can be. I recently discovered how much I love writing.
I look forward to reading more of your work, and will not hesitate to give my feedback. Welcome :D

I'm very happy to see that you'll continue the story. I really like Bet Me, I loved it from the first chapter and I think you're a great writer.

It's nice to hear that you're feeling better, I never had a depression myself, though my mom did and I've seen how difficult that was upon her.

I just wanted to let you know that I support whatever you decide to do with your stories and that I'm still a huge fan of your writing ;)

Take Care!

xoxo

Michelle, while I feel sad for some of the readers you'll be leaving behind at FF, I understand. There have been some reviewers on that site lately that have really spoiled it for some writers. Why someone would feel pleasure blasting another person's hard work is beyond me, but it happens and I know that it's made a lot of great authors think twice about posting there ( ... )
