Appearance:
Being only 154 centimeters tall, Louise has the looks of a typical Caucasian. Blonde hair, blue eyes, and a Spanish background, you almost want to call the girl a 'typical dumb blond'. But don't let looks fool you. The girl is much smarter than she actually looks and she's not afraid to let you know that.
Often wearing a magenta cami, a pink shirt over that, a jean mini skirt, a green sweater around her waist, and boots, Louise gives off the feeling of a normal, average citizen, living the every day life of what a normal teenager goes through.
Personality:
Powerful
Louise knows what she wants, gets what she wants, and if she doesn't, she'll do whatever it takes to get it. This may be the fault of her parents as they have always gave in to her requests and have spoiled her with many luxurious items. With her spoiled demeanor, she has the mindset that her way is the only way and what is belongs to her is not to be shared. This also has caused her to become very bossy, especially around Saji Crossroad for she knows he is much too kind and is what she calls a 'wimp'.
Extreme
Louise is a true drama queen. She'll get upset over the littlest (and strangest) things, sometimes so upset that she starts crying about it. But even then, the simplest things can make Louise happy as well. Being with the people she loves and just being able to make people smile is something she loves doing. But in an instant, Louise can go from being really happy to being really upset, showing that she does tend to be a bit bipolar.
Potentially Destructive
When Louise is mad, Louise is mad. And when Louise is mad, it is best to get as far away from her as possible. She will throw tantrums, cry loudly, and even throw pillows at the people she's mad at it and will continue these sorts of actions until things go the way she wants.
Passionate
Yet despite all of Louise's terrible qualities, there is a side of her that not many people actually see. Louise cares deeply about the people around her and though she may not show it, she does feel horribly upset when someone she cares about is hurt. Louise also will do anything it takes to make the people she loves the most smile. Louise also has a very kind heart, which also makes her very vulnerable to things but at the same time, makes her view on a lot of things optimistic.
Abilities/Strengths:
Louise may have no special powers and may be physically unable to protect herself as she knows no self-defense whatsoever, but what makes Louise strong is her emotional strength. Louise is able to pull herself through some of the toughest times, even if she cries about being away from her mother a lot. Louise is also very energetic. She if full of energy, making her look at things optimistically most of the time.
Due to her energetic side, she is also able to rub off her optimistic side onto other people. She will try whatever it takes to make people smile, and she usually succeeds in this venture. Louise's ability to make people happy despite her own sadness and despair is something that makes Louise very strong. However, she can only pull off this side of her when there are other people around. When she is alone, her sadness takes over.
Weaknesses:
Louise has never been athletic nor never took any self defense classes. This makes her physically weak, making it near impossible for her to protect herself. Mentally, she gets easily attached which could shatter her heart once she loses something that is close to her. Also, once someone breaks her strong, optimistic side (like Neena Trinity did when she killed off her family), Louise will be in a state of mental shock and despair and it takes her a while to recover from this. She also gets angry very easily, showing her vulnerable side and also showing how she doesn't like it when things are not in her favor. Louise can also be very stubborn, not willing to change and reform which contributes to her weakness as well. This part of her can easily be taken advantage of.
History:
Born on November 1st, 2290 in Spain (part of the AEU), Louise Halevy was raised there until she was 17, where she then went to Japan as a transfer student, studying to become an aerospace engineer. It was there where she met Saji Crossroad. Taking an instant liking to his kind and peaceful nature, she approached the boy first and was the first to start off their dating relationship. It was a couple months after that where Celestial Being was introduced publically. Louise took interest into that as it was one of the hot topics during social studies and public relations. Louise's life became more affected by Celestial Being however when she was out with Saji and a bus exploded while they were walking, due to a series of terrorist attacks to deter Celestial Being. However, once that matter was resolved, Louise's life went back to being fairly normal. Some time after that, Louise's mother came to visit her from Spain, with the intention of taking her back to their homeland. However, with her persistent insistency, Louise convinced her mother to stay with her in Japan for awhile so that her mother would be impressed with Saji. When she had finally convinced her mother that her and Saji's relationship was approvable, her mother returned to Spain, making Louise realize how much she missed her. In her misery, she asked Saji to buy her some expensive rings. At that time, Saji did not have enough money but promised her that he would get them for her.
Soon, spring break comes and Louise must leave Japan and go back to Spain for her cousin's marriage. It is here where her life is suddenly changed by Celestial Being. In just a few seconds, the wedding was attacked by Neena Trinity in her Gundam Throne Drei, killing all of Louise's family and having her arm amputated. Due to the false GN particles from the attack, her stem cells were altered in that arm, making it impossible for the hospital to re-grow her arm or give her another one. When Saji found out about this, he had rushed over to Spain, giving her the ring that he had promised to get her. However, Louise said she was unable to wear it any more as she had lost her arm. After a few days of Saji staying at the hospital with her, Louise asks him to leave and return to the Japan, ending their romantic relationship for she did not want to hold him back. She asked him to continue on their dream of becoming an aerospace engineer and that she promises him she would follow him there. At the end of the season, which is four years after the Fallen Angels Operation, Saji is still waiting for her in space. The last Louise is seen is with shorter hair with a woman by the name of Regene Regette.
She will enter Template after ending her relationship with Saji Crossroad, all her injuries being healed as well as her left hand regenerated, thus making her believe that she had died when the explosion happened.

Where...am I? It's...so pretty. My hand...it's back...
[there's a soft sigh, a hint of sadness in her voice]
It has to be heaven. No other explanation really. Mama and Papa...they're here too, right?
I'll be with my family again, right? We'll...we'll all be reunited. I'll be with Mama and Papa again! I...I won't be alone any more. We'll be together again!
Sample Roleplay:
Louise couldn't help but stare at them. There were the three newer Gundams, emitting that pretty red light. It seemed that the Gundams had not only caught her attention. Everyone from the wedding was staring at them as well. Louise could hear the distinctive "ooohs" and the worried "oh mys". Her heart was pounding with fear from the sight of them but at the same time, she was captivated by them. To think that only three Gundams could take on so many Mobile Suits. It really left the girl in awe. She continued to stare at them, noting that one of the Gundams had broken off from the formation of the other two and was now just floating there, directly above the wedding. Her heart began to pound faster. Had the pilot of the Gundam noticed that her cousin's entire wedding was staring at them, watching them fly by? It continued to just float there, only making Louise worry more. What was it doing? Why was it not flying with the other two Gundams? Why was it just floating there?
She noticed that it started to shift, as if it were bringing a weapon out. There was dead silence within the wedding now. Her heart began to pound even faster, fear now overriding her captivation. It would not. It would not. Her family, the people at the wedding, they were all just civilians. They posed no threat. They were not a contributor to any war. So then why was the weapon starting to-?
Her eyes widened and her arms flew to cover herself as there was suddenly a bright light and heavy winds. Dirt and rock was flying every where and when it finally calmed down, Louise could only dare herself to open her eyes.
And she wished she hadn't. Her entire family. Mama. Papa. They were all....all of them were-
No! She refused to believe it. There had to be someone alive. Mama and Papa had to be alive! They wouldn't leave her! Not like this!
So she started to run towards the destruction, her eyes mixed with worry and fear, tears threatening to fall out. "Mama! Papa! Mama! Papa!" She cried out, not wanting to believe it. Not wanting to believe it at all. But before she could even make it to them, she could hear another blast behind and suddenly her feet were off the ground, her body was falling.
In moments, she could see her life passing by her. Her childhood memories, Mama, Papa, Saji... Her body landed with a thud, soon followed with heavy debris landing onto of her. She lay there, the moments still passing by her. Was she going to be with Mama and Papa now? Would they not leave her alone? Or was she meant to be alone...
